JP JOHN PAN shipping and delivery is available worldwide to over 190 countries. All orders are dispatched from Greece via DHL, with shipping costs fully covered by us.

 

Delivery Times & Shipping

Orders placed before 12:00 PM (GMT) on business days are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be dispatched on the next business day.

For example, an order placed on Friday evening will normally be dispatched the following Monday.

Shipping is complimentary on all orders, worldwide.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times may vary depending on the destination and local customs procedures. JP JOHN PAN cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, local authorities, or payment verification issues.

 

International Orders Outside the European Union

Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product prices displayed on the JP JOHN PAN online shop and, unless otherwise stated at checkout, are the responsibility of the recipient.

All JP JOHN PAN online orders are shipped from Greece. For destinations outside the European Union, the shipment may therefore be considered an import and may require customs clearance according to local regulations.
