Delivery times & cost

JP JOHNPAN ‘s online shop uses ELTA courier for Greece and Hellenic Post for deliveries abroad to ensure you will be wearing your new glasses in no time. Orders placed before 12pm GMT will be dispatched on the same day. Any orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the next business day – for example, if you place your order on Friday evening, we will dispatch your parcel the following Monday.
Shipping is free of charge to all destinations.
JP JOHNPAN doesn’t take responsibility for any delays due to customs clearance or if there are any payment issues. In addition, you are responsible for the payment of custom duties

International delivery (Excluding EU)

Please note that your order might face additional charges upon import clearance at the country of destination. The International JP JOHNPAN online shop displays prices free of any duty and taxes. You are responsible for the payment of custom duties and taxes.

JP JOHNPAN ships all online orders from Greece. When items are shipped from overseas into the delivery country, it is considered an importation and must be cleared by Customs and Border Protection (CBP). When an individual or company purchases goods from an overseas supplier, CBP considers them the ultimate importer. The ultimate importer can clear the goods or have a broker clear them on their behalf.
