Returns Policy

It is important to us at JP JOHNPAN that you are happy with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with the item you received, you can return it to us within 14 days of order receipt.

Returning an item is simple!

Please request a return by contacting our Customer Service team.

JP JOHNPANʼs return service is trackable and hassle free, so you can follow the journey of your parcel the entire time. Return shipments are charged at a reduced rate:

European Union – €10 | United Kingdom – €10

United States – $20 | International – $20

Please note that returns that contain more than two items might face an additional charge in accordance with shipment weight.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect and process the goods within 1-2 business days, to ensure that your return or exchange can be completed as quickly as possible. As soon as your return is processed, we will send you an email confirming the action we have taken. Any refund will be issued to the card or the PayPal account that was used to make the original purchase and you will be contacted via email with a refund confirmation.

If you paid by card or PayPal please be advised that refunds may take a-10 working days to appear on your account. Exchange is possible only for an item of the same price.
